Problem
The complete recovery brand was a bit of a dated mess and didn’t reflect the modern technologically savvy company that had been built. They asked for a brand evolution that was based in deep research for their audiences, standardizing messaging across platforms, competitor research and analysis, and a full cross channel marketing plan. All while maintaining a bit of the original brand character and visual concept of recovery in a life buoy.
Solution & Impact
We started with brand research to fully understand the different verticals and solutions that Complete Recovery provides, dove into brand attributes based on both internal employee and external customer surveys, and then finally crafted updated messaging, mission statement refinements, an overhaul of visual design elements, copy and messaging guidelines, B2B and B2C messaging guidelines as well as specific personas.
Complete Recovery’s rebrand has contributed to their industry presence and recognition as well as continued success including multiple new large client contracts and additional partnerships around the globe.
